- RV Parking Open: Thursday 6pm-10pm. Friday from 8am - 8pm. All spots are now booked and new requests are now on a waiting list.
- Gates Open to Competitors: 10:00am Friday and 6:00am Saturday & Sunday
- Registration: 10:00am-5pm Friday or 6:15am-6:45am Saturday
- Measuring: 3-5pm Friday or 6:15am-6:45am Saturday
- Warm-up Games: 12:00pm–5:00pm Friday
- Opening Ceremonies: 5:30pm Friday
- Open Walk-Throughs: 6:15am-6:45am Saturday & Sunday. Group briefings and 7 minute walk-throughs in each ring before each round. Walk-throughs will be split - Walk/Run, Walk/Run.
- First Dog: 7:00am Saturday & Sunday
- Banquet: Doors open at 6:30pm Saturday. Meal service at 7:30pm.
- Awards: 7:00pm Sunday. Final results will be posted on the website ASAP, hopefully Monday, as we are aware that there will be competitors unable to stay this late. We can also arrange transport of ribbons.
