Vendors
At this time the Vendor spots are full. However you can contact our Vendor Coordinator, Christine Bricknell for alternate opportunities.
The 2008 AAC BC/Yukon Regional Championships organizing committee invites all prospective vendors to exhibit their products and/or services. Vendors will have an opportunity to interact with attendees and spectators during these three days, over which we expect an attendance total of approximately 2000 people. If you have any questions please contact our Vendor Coordinator Christine Bricknell.
For all potential vendors, please note:
- 3 booth sites of 12' x 24' available at a cost of $75.00, plus Raffle Prize donation.
- 12 booth sites of 12' x 12' available at a cost of $50.00 plus Raffle Prize donation.
- Vendors will be listed on the website.
- Vendors will be close enough to the rings to see all the action.
- Vendors must carry their own insurance.
- Security will be provided overnight.
- Hydro available on a limited basis.
- Vendors must supply their own tent.
- Tax receipts for all donations as we are registered with the Minister of Finance as a non-profit organization.
- Spaces will also be available during our Banquet and preference will be given to those vendors that have booked booths during the day.

Please Note: All vendors will accept cash payments, with some accepting cheque and/or major credit cards.
